Identifying customers' expectations together with the competence of the personnel are the conditions for success for Alupro. Personnel training is part of continuous improvement. We carry out development projects to improve personnel well-being and operations, we set metrics to follow quality productivity every year.
Product information management (PIM), sharing information to different publication channels and other communication is part of quality management, both internally for the personnel and externally for suppliers and other stakeholders.
With our approach based on building information models (BIM), we help all parties involved in the construction project succeed and work together. We improve the flow of information and reduce the possibility of errors. We do our best for the uncompromising implementation of the plans.
In its operations, Alupro Oy is naturally committed to complying with environmental protection and occupational health and safety laws and requirements. The environmental aspects of the operation and occupational health and safety hazards have been mapped. Our personnel recognize the effects of their own work on both the environment and occupational safety, and the entire organization is committed to the continuous improvement of environmental and occupational health and safety systems. In addition, Alupro Oy is committed to preventing environmental pollution and sustainable use of resources.
In order to take the customer's and other requirements into account, we have documented the procedural descriptions of the processes. The management commits to maintaining quality management, and every Alupro employee commits to follow the agreed procedures. Procedures include ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018, 3834-2 and product standard 1090-1-2-3 requirements.

Product approval and CE marking
The CE marking applies to construction products that have an existing harmonized product standard. Louvers and grills are currently not covered by any harmonized product standard.
Instead of CE marking, we have implemented solutions with site-specific approval. Demonstrating site-specific eligibility requires an expert statement from the chief structural designer, which states that the planned implementation is in accordance with the plan. The review has taken into account the essential technical requirements for the implementation and their performance levels, such as load resistance, fire behaviour and long-term durability.

The quality assurance of our production meets all the conditions related to the evaluation and certification of the permanence of the performance level, which are presented in the EN1090-1:2009 + A1:2011 standard. Certified welding
We have EN ISO 3834-2:2005 certificate for aluminum welding processes 131 and 141.
Our welders are qualified according to standard EN ISO 9606-02 and our welding instructions have been approved by method tests according to standard EN ISO 15614-2.

We take care of the technology life cycle
Only a small part of the life cycle energy of a laptop is consumed during its use. Most of the energy is consumed in the manufacturing process.
Therefore, extending the life of a computer is reasonable and environmentally friendly, as it reduces emissions [CO2], energy consumption and the amount of waste. At the same time, production materials are saved.
