IV-AV Ventilation Louver

IV-AV Ventilation Louver is designed for the intake and exhaust of air on facades of buildings.

It has an optimized structure for high-performance water separation and low pressure loss. Performance is based on the capability to separate water and controlling the removal of excess of water. The louver is compliant with the EN 13030:2001/1 standard.

Durable and recyclable grille in the desired dimension

The material of the ventilation grille is 100% recyclable aluminum. The aluminum grille has high load capacity, durability and corrosion resistance.

IV-AV ventilation louver is always made to the size you want. The recommended maximum size of the element is 2000 x 1200 mm, larger fields are manufactured in a modular structure. The standard type IV-AV is equipped with a small animal net with a mesh size of 13 x 13 mm. The dimensions of the louver (adapter) are (opening dimensions -10 mm).

Usually the dimensioning is based on the finished opening. When ordering by opening, mention at least:

  • Aperture L x H (width x height)
  • Mounting method (DET1 with frame without flange or DET4 with separate mounting frame).

Ventilation grille – surface treatment

The surface treatment of the ventilation louver is powder coating according to the RAL map. Anodizing is also possible. Powder firing of our own factory achieves a UV-protected, weather-resistant, long-lasting surface. In addition, aluminum structures can be treated with an anti-graffiti coating, making unwanted graffiti easy to remove and without having to repaint blunt surfaces.
